Great service Mandi and the team at Schlossmann's took care of my Brake Control Switch issue at no charge after I had been towed in. She was very friendly and helpful during my experience and I even took advantage of their shuttle service. Both drivers would very friendly. The reason I gave them 4/5 stars is because it has been somewhat difficult to get my car in for oil change services in the past because they're very busy. Usually, you need to schedule 2 weeks prior. During my most recent experience, they were able to take care of my issue within a couple of hours. More

good guys had my oil changed and tires rotated. also had them check for a leak in one of them. they called, told me how much tire repair would be, i declined an had my oil changed and tires rotated. also had them check for a leak in one of them. they called, told me how much tire repair would be, i declined and he told me where it was now located. one thing i wanted to tell you: a long time ago i had a toyota, when i took it to dealer for oil change, there was always an airline sized bag of nuts or candy on the seat when i picked it up, never forgot that, never will. just an idea More

I told the dealer I wanted an electric evaluation and a larger battery. They determined the battery was faulty and to small for the car. They installed a new larger battery with no hassle. Sean was a good listener and very polite. He explained things very well. GREAT EMPLOYEE. I was very happy with the outcome. I felt it was fair.. No charge. More
Good, but slow I had an 11 am appointment. It was to attach (glue) a plastic rear bumper cover on a new, leased Ourback vehicle. This was explained to me by the sale I had an 11 am appointment. It was to attach (glue) a plastic rear bumper cover on a new, leased Ourback vehicle. This was explained to me by the salesmen when I bought the lease as a "quick" service call, as all they had to do was wipe the area down and glue the piece on. When I got there they said it would be 45 minutes. This already seemed long to me. I went to the waiting room. After about 60 minutes, I went back to ask about my vehicle. I was told he would check into it and get right back to me. I peered through the shop door and saw that my vehicle was just now being brought brought into the shop (as I saw them driver it in). The service manager I was working with did not come back "right away" and give me an update as to how much longer it would be. I did not want to inquire again, as I had just asked about the time. 20 minutes later he came in and said it was done. I am happy with the work, but the timing and communication needs to be worked on. More
