The reason I gave them 4/5 stars is because it has been somewhat difficult to get my car in for oil change services in the past because they're very busy. Usually, you need to schedule 2 weeks prior. During my most recent experience, they were able to take care of my issue within a couple of hours. More

Good, but slow I had an 11 am appointment. It was to attach (glue) a plastic rear bumper cover on a new, leased Ourback vehicle. This was explained to me by the sale I had an 11 am appointment. It was to attach (glue) a plastic rear bumper cover on a new, leased Ourback vehicle. This was explained to me by the salesmen when I bought the lease as a "quick" service call, as all they had to do was wipe the area down and glue the piece on. When I got there they said it would be 45 minutes. This already seemed long to me. I went to the waiting room. After about 60 minutes, I went back to ask about my vehicle. I was told he would check into it and get right back to me. I peered through the shop door and saw that my vehicle was just now being brought brought into the shop (as I saw them driver it in). The service manager I was working with did not come back "right away" and give me an update as to how much longer it would be. I did not want to inquire again, as I had just asked about the time. 20 minutes later he came in and said it was done. I am happy with the work, but the timing and communication needs to be worked on. More
