My last Subaru was easy to change time this one in needed to look up and I still have to look up as the time they corrected is not accurate ...3-4 min off ... making me late if I follow it -:) More

Okay with a few hiccups Service department was really busy but everyone was very nice and courteous. Obtaining a courtesy ride was a little difficult but ended up okay... Nobody followed up to see where the shuttle was or coming back to dealer... I think that would be very important especially at 7 - 8 am... Was emailed my car was done but they could not find the car when I picked it up... The must have been parked around the wash station but they were to busy or.... to wash it... Was given a business card with hand written note for free car wash and cleaning, but I would have to bring it in during the day... Not mad just difficult for working people.. Car appears to be fixed well and I was a little disappointed. Based on how busy the service department was/is I can live with it.. More
