Easy check in for service, via Eric. 2016 Outback needed 30,000 mile service. dropped vehicle off and got a courtesy ride to a friends house. Outstanding service! Sean O’Hara was fantastic. He kept me informed about how the repairs were progressing and had to hunt for my car when they were completed. You provide a very pleasant waiting space. I plan to bring our new Outback to you for servicing when the time comes. Coincidentally, Jim Lemke who sold us the car called my wife a day earlier to see how we like it. Needed a new car I had narrowed it down to between a new Civic or Impreza. The lifetime powertrain warranty and shuttle service to and from Mitchell were cherries on top. More

Very accomodating I had communications with 3 different people during the time I was preparing to buy a car through the Costco purchase plan which was a little disconc I had communications with 3 different people during the time I was preparing to buy a car through the Costco purchase plan which was a little disconcerting, but both Liz and Eric Meeker were very helpful. Since I live in West Michigan, all arrangements were done via computer or phone. Car wasn't quite ready as expected and then I decided to have the protection package applied for the exterior and interior. It was done as I waited. Once I got back to MI and had time to examine the car more carefully, I discovered many lapses in the interior coverage and splatters where there shouldn't be. I just emailed Eric and am waiting to hear back about this and what we need to do to fix it. I felt a little pressured to buy an extended warranty but didn't. I have bought them in the past and never used them with my previous Subaru's. The car drives GREAT - good mileage on the way back to MI, comfortable, etc. Everyone who has seen it, LOVES it. The interior leather color is really a nice warm color for "brown." I've owned MANY Subaru's over the years and highly recommend them. More

That said, Mandy Borrego and other service reps have been very helpful in working my service needs into their busy schedule. That keeps my car well-maintained and me on the road. More

We had only been in our condo for two weeks and Sam was really creative in finding a way to show proof so we didn't have to drive back home. She was very thorough.
