Service I was disappointed with my last service. When I asked service for estimate, I got confusing prices. I wrote down what he said first time and second ti I was disappointed with my last service. When I asked service for estimate, I got confusing prices. I wrote down what he said first time and second time and each time was different. Not only they were different when I spoke with him and once I got written brake estimate yet again was different from what I got over the phone. After my service I had to go back again and take time off from work to fix something that was wrong with my car. I love my subaru. I bought it new and I know how it drives. When I got it back my car was shaking on the freeway and when I came back to check the car, employee told me nothing was wrong but after words my car drove normally again. Which leads me to believe something was wrong it just got fixed. I would expect more out of Subaru. Ewa More

Mario immediately called another local dealer to send over a replacement part--and got everything installed the same day. He solved the problem quickly, explained every step along the way, and did everything he said he would do. And now I have the satisfaction of four properly installed door edge guards. Customer service has been declining from average to poor over the pas TL:DR: Customer of Schlossmann Subaru for 4 years after purchasing my car there. Customer service has been declining from average to poor over the past 4 years. Service staff gives off the feeling that they are annoyed and too busy for the customer. I have not had any problems with quality of work done on my car. I've been going to Schlossmann Subaru since I bought my car from them in 2013. I've going there even though the dealership is further from where I live than other Subaru dealerships. When I purchased my vehicle the experience was above average and the salesman worked with me to get the price I wanted. I appreciated that. Due to the decent car buying experience, I continued to have my car serviced at Schlossmann. I've gotten all my maintenance done at Schlossmann's over the past 4 years, mostly oil changes with the occasional recommended 'wear and tear' mileage based maintenance. Every time I visited I kept feeling like the staff had something better to do or that they were too busy to really help me other than check me in and send me on my way. I don't have high expectations for personal service at a car dealership but if I'm going to take my car to a reputable Subaru dealer, I expect there to be some level of professionalism and friendliness. On top of the declining customer service, the last appointment I made with the dealer was to mount and balance a new set of tires that I purchased through Schlossmann Subaru. The experience was a mess. The staff schedule an appointment at 7am without confirming that the time or date worked for me. I begrudgingly accepted the appointment because I needed the tires sooner than later. When I showed up the service employee didn't have any record or notes of the conversation I had while purchasing the tires on the phone through Schlossmann's (No tire size, no brand/model, price quote, or mentioned rebate). After a run around and a complete rehashing of the conversation I had previously, we figured out the tires I bought but the service rep couldn't guarantee the tires were under the rebate that I had been previously promised. I was rushed out the door to catch the shuttle and was told "We'll figure it out". I returned that evening to pick up my car which was cleaned and tires looked nice, only issue was that the tires were the wrong model of Continentals... I was so fed up and didn't want to be without my car any longer, that I didn't have the energy to go inside and tell the service staff the mistake they made. Only reason I kept the tires were that they were my second choice of tire model and I was given a decent price on the set. So I swallowed my pride and left the dealership. One positive of Schlossmann's is that the shuttle service staff are extremely nice and personable. Keep offering the shuttle service. More
