Not enough communication Made appointment through the Subaru app. They didn't specify that the appointment would be any different. They told me it 3 hrs!?! No heads up. Also they didn't tell me when my car was finished... so I sat there an extra half hour at least....also, now by breaks squeek.... Must work on communication More
