My third lease from them and loving every moment of it I have had lots of bad experiences in the past with vehicle dealerships. From the first time I stepped foot on this lot however, I felt excited about buying a car. This is my third lease with Schlossmann Subaru, and quite frankly, I will NEVER go anywhere else! I actually recently moved to a place where there is a different Subaru dealership within a 5 min drive, however, I made the 20 mile trek to Schlossmann due to the amazing experiences and treatment I have received from them. If I move out of state, I will come back here to get all my cars! I love this place that much! BEST DEALERSHIP HANDS DOWN!!! More

Great Service! I scheduled my maintenance work online using their handy scheduling software, so on the day of, I just rolled in and was taken care of right away. They inspected the car prior to doing work, and pointed out any issues right aways so there was no confusion on whether that ding was there before the work began. I was told about how long the appointment was going to be, and sat in the waiting room and worked for the time I was there. I took full advantage of the free wi-fi so I didn't have to burn a day off to get my car worked on. It was great! More

Can always count on Mandy and Subaru to take care of us. The cold weather is upon us and the little tire light on my Subaru came on telling me that my tires were low. My husband took my car to Schlossmann's (this is where I bought my car) and spoke with Mandy who had a tech come out and take my car in back to check the tires. They did a thorough check just to make sure that my tires were in good shape and filled them up. They noticed that in starting my car, it was starting a little rough (which I had noticed but thought was due to the weather) They tested my battery and realized that I needed a new battery (my other one was 8 years old). Mandy talked to my husband and we had a new battery installed right then and there. My car is riding nicely again and starts like it should without anymore roughness. I like how Mandy always takes the time to go over everything with us (we have worked with her many times) and keeps us informed along the way with any repairs or service that we need. She always explains our options and will have the tech come out to further explain anything we ever have questions about. More

Whether you have a Subaru or not, these guys are awesome! I take my vehicles here due to the service plan, but even if I did not, I would still take them here.
