Trade In and New Purchase I recently decided to trade in my old car and purchase a new Subaru Outback. Although I had test driven the car previously at a different dealership, I was amazed at how much time Antonio spent with me telling me about the various features of the care that I did not know previously (and I really did my research on this car). Although the process of trading in a car and purchasing a new one can be long and tedious, Antonio, Bruce and the rest of the team made this a wonderful experience. I felt that I got an honest trade in and I felt that it was a smooth transition. I'm very, very pleased with the car and it meets every requirement that I wanted (and more). Good service, wrong expectations The team is knowledgeable and competent, but we had consistent issues with the time expectations they set for work. We were told that it would take 2-3 days to get a tire that ended up taking 7. We were told it'd take 30-45 minutes to install and it took 1h 20m. I manage a customer service team and I get that customers hate to hear that things are going to take time and certain industries tend to get on customer's nerves faster than others. But customers hate missed expectations even more. Aside from that, both guys were worked with were very pleasant to work with and we'll continue to use them in the future. More
