Overall Excellent Service by Courteous Personnel Regarding Service on my 2015 Outback for an exhaust leak in the cabin. One of the service techs, after remove several heat shields, found a hole in t Regarding Service on my 2015 Outback for an exhaust leak in the cabin. One of the service techs, after remove several heat shields, found a hole in the catalytic convertor that was causing the problem. The convertor and several heat shields had to be replaced. There was a delay in the delivery of some of the parts, so Mandi who was managing this service, made arrangements for a rental car and shuttle service to Hertz. The required service was performed at no cost to me, which was paid for through an extended warranty. I was kept in the “loop” during process. Thank you Mandi for your courteous, thorough job. No more exhaust leaks!!! Overall this was a very satisfactory experience. More
