One of the service techs, after remove several heat shields, found a hole in the catalytic convertor that was causing the problem. The convertor and several heat shields had to be replaced. There was a delay in the delivery of some of the parts, so Mandi who was managing this service, made arrangements for a rental car and shuttle service to Hertz. The required service was performed at no cost to me, which was paid for through an extended warranty. I was kept in the “loop” during process. Thank you Mandi for your courteous, thorough job. No more exhaust leaks!!! Overall this was a very satisfactory experience. More

My salesman was Fiz Hidri---who was reasonable, a gentleman but a tough negotiator.I think he has a bit of an actor in him too. As an aside, for all of its generosity, I think Subaru is a bit cheap when it makes it near impossible for a customer to get a glossy car brochure . More

Great service and cookies! I brought my leased Subaru Forster in for the required maintenance. I was taken care of in a reasonable time, the paperwork was explained and I was ta I brought my leased Subaru Forster in for the required maintenance. I was taken care of in a reasonable time, the paperwork was explained and I was taken to the customer waiting area where there were beverages and cookies. From the number of people waiting, I knew it was very busy, but I didn't feel the time I waited was unreasonable. My car was returned to me sparkling clean. The only negative I have about this service center is that it was extremely difficult to reach someone on the phone. I didn't keep track of how many times I called or left messages, but it was rather frustrating until I reached a supervisor who made sure things were taken care of. More
