I needed help. I was in need of an emergency appt, and they accommodated that. When it was fixed I asked to tack on a oil change and they accomplished that. Battery is not meant for cold weather. The next time the battery dies I should not have them start it but have them tow it in so the battery will test bad, then it can be replaced with a ba The next time the battery dies I should not have them start it but have them tow it in so the battery will test bad, then it can be replaced with a battery that is designed for cold weather. This means I can not depend on my car to start in cold weather. If I can’t depend on it to start I can’t use it for traveling away from home. This is my first Subaru and the only car I ever had that came with a battery that is not designed for cold weather. This is Wisconsin in the winter the temperature often drops well below zero. More

She said that they were pretty busy but will try to fit me in. This was my first time visiting Schlossmann Subaru City of Milwaukee. The facility was easy to find and very well laid out. Mandi took the details and they got working on my car right away. It took awhile but that was to be expected (not having an appointment and the influx of work due to the weather). Mandi checked in frequently to let me know their progress. Overall I was extremely happy with the quality of work done and the friendliness of the staff. I don't live in Milwaukee but I think I'll make the trip to get my car serviced there going forward. When I start looking for a new one they will be the first place I check. More
