She took notes on all that I needed checked and answered many of my questions. While I was in the waiting room, she came in with other items that needed to have serviced. It was going to be pricey so she suggested I look for coupons emailed to me to help with costs. There was one item she said she would not charge me as it should have been fixed before. When I got home with the bill, it had been charged and I called her. She was great about apologizing and made arrangements for it to be taken off my bill. Plus, the servicing took less time than anticipated! Comfortable waiting room with drinks and cookies, too! More
Routine maintenance Not impressed. Charged me $165 for a 12 point inspection. Never got a report on what they inspected. I also asked them to look at/ tighten a bolt o Not impressed. Charged me $165 for a 12 point inspection. Never got a report on what they inspected. I also asked them to look at/ tighten a bolt on my drivers side door which they did not do. They said it could be making a loud noise because of the cold but I can see the the door hinge slip. Being unable to diagnose/fix what seems to be a simple issue plus the lack the of a report on what they inspected makes me question if they did anything at all. Not Sure if I will return. More

Id rather get kicked in the xxxxx Wrong communication between advisors and customers. Correct communication between tech and customer. Poor communication between manager and customer. Been without vehicle for over 3 days and they never changed oil and brake fluid which was written down on envelope and the reasons we scheduled an appointment. I have asked for a loaner car from to service advisors. One of them im still waiting to get a call back. The other just gave away the last one. Seemed in 2 days they can give out loaner cars but not for us . Now after they worked on vehicle there are other issues with the vehicle. I dont want to bring it back. I hope nobody else will take there car there until service gets there act together. More

It would've been nice to bring it out to us. * No option to pay with out of state check, which causes unnecessary delays and inconvenience * Specifically requested to please leave decal from previous owner, it was still removed. * No window sticker of used vehicles available - it would be nice to compare "convenience Package #2" vs... to understand exactly what options are missing from different vehicles. Great service Awesome service. They are very up front with the service you need and cost, from the day you buy the car. I've bought at other dealerships, and the Awesome service. I've bought at other dealerships, and they always seem to add on a service or recommend it be done at a shorter interval. Not these guys. They go by the recommendations, and when I had one service done 6000 miles early, they caught it and didnt try to tack it on to the next visit. I drive 20 miles to this location instead of the one 2 miles north of me because I trust this dealership. More
Friendly but not pushy I am always hesitant of dealerships and pushy sales people who will stretch the truth to make a sale. I felt much more at ease working with Tony than other salesmen I had been dealing with in my most recent car search. He was always seemed genuinely friendly and helpful in my search and clearing up any issues. I also worked with Sam for financing and she was incredibly friendly and helpful once I had made the decision to purchase my car. She made the most boring part of car buying pretty quick and painless while doing her best to explain everything I needed to know and help me make an informed decision. More
