Depends on who you get Mario was wonderful to work with in this service center. Also, it was wonderful to have pick up service from my job to Schlossmanns when the work was Mario was wonderful to work with in this service center. Also, it was wonderful to have pick up service from my job to Schlossmanns when the work was done. There was a lady from the service area that called and was there when I picked up the car. This woman was not friendly or cordial. It was difficult to speak to her on the phone and she was just as abrasive in person. I did not enjoy working with her. That was the only mark on the service center. Everything else was great. My car is not working correctly and I will have to bring it back. I will call to set that up. More

Schlossmann's made it right! Earlier in November, I brought my car in for a routine oil change and I mentioned a squealing noise that my vehicle was making. After being looked at Earlier in November, I brought my car in for a routine oil change and I mentioned a squealing noise that my vehicle was making. After being looked at they could not find the cause of the noise and I was not charged for it being looked at. I noticed that the noise was still there, so I left a message. I understand people get busy and things happen, so when I didn’t receive a call back I didn’t think much of it. Until Jason reached out to both my Mother and I trying to make this right by taking a second look at the cause of the noise. Jason had my car repaired and now my Subaru is perfect! 😊 More
