The service was excellent I had called service earlier in the day, January 24, to say that I had lost my car keys and was more than surprised to learn that I could get replacem I had called service earlier in the day, January 24, to say that I had lost my car keys and was more than surprised to learn that I could get replacement keys on a same-day basis. I was there at about 1:30, got my replacement keys, a multi-point inspection, and a free car wash. The service could not have been better. More

You could tell that the salesman was only in it to make money. It’s not that they weren’t nice, it was there was an undertone of, “I really need to sell a car this week”. We never felt that at all from Cody. He was so pleasant and informative. We never felt rushed or pressured. The whole experience was pleasant. And we felt we received a fair price for our trade in. This was, for me, an exciting experience because it was going to be my new car. Cody was patient with teaching me all of the many new safety features as well as the the usual features. He was also calm during the test drive. That has to be hard, having a person you don’t know, get behind the wheel of a powerful machine and take you for a drive. They literally put their lives in your hands and I give Cody as well as your other dealers kudos for that trust. We have a great and safe car and the color ( pearl red) is gorgeous. Both my husband and I had an excellent experience and a major part of that was from our pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable salesman Cody who introduced us to people in each department while giving us a tour of the facility. When the time comes for a new car, we will be coming back. More

Scheduled service took much longer than estimated I took our new Outback in to have wheel arches installed on a Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018. When we scheduled the service two weeks prior, they said it wo I took our new Outback in to have wheel arches installed on a Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018. When we scheduled the service two weeks prior, they said it would take about 30 minutes to complete. When checking in, they said it'd be closer to an hour twenty minutes, which ended up being an hour forty minutes. Waiting area was nice, staff knowledgeable and friendly, but didn't expect to waste a an entire Saturday morning at the dealer. More
