Their mechanic forgot to tighten one of the wheels on my truck when he did a tire rotation. The wheel fell off while I was driving on the freeway. I was lucky that I was not in a serious accident. The dealership fixed the damage to my truck but the service manager did everything he could not to refund any of the money I spent on their "services". Months later when I had the tires rotated at a different dealership, it cost $300 to get the lug nuts and wheel studs drilled out becasue Dodge City South's mechanic had over-tightened them so much. I wrote a polite letter, with receipts enclosed, to their general manager of Dodge City South asking to be reimbursed. The management didn't even have the common courtesy to respond to me. These guys only care about your money. They do not have any integrity and it comes from the top down. More
