I had extensive communication with Chris in Internet sales before visiting in person. Established a friendly and supportive relationship and provided prices, pictures and links to vehicles that she thou sales before visiting in person. This is the first time I have visited this dealership but I would definitely buy from them again and will go there for Subaru-certified service. They also offer free car washes on certain days of the week for cars purchased there. The whole experience, from email questions to driving away a new car was enjoyable and I felt that I was treated fairly and with respect. Highly recommend this dealership. More

my story here is pretty short. I came in to look at a Jeep. It was priced ok...but still a little high for an 05 with over 50k. This was back in December I cam and met Jim. He took me on a test drive that was extremely uncomfortable. He kept playing with the controlls and distracting me. More importantly I mentioned to him i had a trade in and he offered me the lowest price he could possibly come up with. He just made this Jeep seem like it was amazing and my trade in was some rust-bucket. I left without him even trying to make any sort of a sale. Don't go back...really! More

Their mechanic forgot to tighten one of the wheels on my truck when he did a tire rotation. The wheel fell off while I was driving on the freeway. I was lucky that I was not in a serious accident. I was stuck on a highway overpass, overlooking downtown Milwaukee, holding up traffic for an hour. The dealership fixed the damage to my truck but the service manager did everything he could not to refund any of the money I spent on their "services". Months later when I had the tires rotated at a different dealership, it cost $300 to get the lug nuts and wheel studs drilled out becasue Dodge City South's mechanic had over-tightened them so much. I wrote a polite letter, with receipts enclosed, to their general manager of Dodge City South asking to be reimbursed. The management didn't even have the common courtesy to respond to me. These guys only care about your money. They do not have any integrity and it comes from the top down. More
