I needed alot of work done on my car that my local mechanic quoted me way too much on, and way too much time to do the repairs. I called this dealership and they quoted me prices and repair time far c mechanic quoted me way too much on, and way too much time to do the repairs. I called this dealership and they quoted me prices and repair time far cheaper and faster than anywhere I had looked so far. For the price of doing a timing belt and one upper control arm bushing at my local dealership, I was able to get a timing belt, serpentine belt, two upper control arm bushing, and a new control arm, done in less time than my local dealership would have done just the timing belt and upper control arm bushing. The staff there is very friendly and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable in the service shop and informed me of recalls on my car that KIA failed to notify me of. They also kept me up to date on the status of my repairs, other things that would need to be done to my car in the future, and important things that needed attention right away. The shop also did a great job of working within my budget to get the things fixed that I needed!. Granted there is only so much flexibility when it comes to car repairs, but being able to get the job done quickly, and professionally helps keep the labor charges down and more money in your pocket! And here you can get that with their ability to get jobs done quickly and correctly. They were able to get my car into their shop within a day and a half, which i would have had to wait over two weeks for my local dealership. Also got me in faster than the KIA dealership did to fix the recall that the SUBARU shop informed me of. (which i have to wait two weeks again for). I wish they could do RECALL repairs for other dealerships as well because I would love to keep my business with this shop! Overall, no complaints Only praise! A+ More
Ed is the best.. My son totaled his car and Ed found the 2010 Honda Civic that he felt was the best value for my son. He even drove the car to our house on a Saturday morning just so my son would have it . How many people would do that?? Ed is very personable, very outgoing and tells it like it is. This review is to let people know what an excellent salesperson Fiz Hidri is. From reading the other reviews on this site, it appears Fiz is not the only stellar sales rep at Subaru City. Fiz was ref salesperson Fiz Hidri is. From reading the other reviews on this site, it appears Fiz is not the only stellar sales rep at Subaru City. Fiz was referred to us by my Sister in Law who described him as "the best car salesperson she's ever met" and someone who she considers a friend beyond car business (they still see eachother when she takes her car in for service). Fiz spent a huge amount of time and attention educating me about the Forester and purchase/lease options on the phone (because I live far from this dealership). I’ve never met a car salesman even close to as good, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and thorough as Fiz. I’m very happy my Sister in Law referred him to us and I now consider Fiz to be “our Subaru Guy”. Even the receptionist at Subaru City is professional and helpful. This is very different from our experiences at other Dealerships. It appears this is simply a different kind of car dealership with a great philosopy of following "the golden rule" - and treating customers like friends rather than conquests. Subaru City is owned by Schlossman's Auto group - and while Fiz stands apart in all ways as a salesman, I think you'll find the other Schlossman Dealerships (i.e. Honda City) to also be much better than average. This caliber of service is worth the extra drive. While we are currently waiting for our current lease to finish up - our plan is to purchase or lease one of the new 2014 Subaru Foresters when they become available in the next month or two. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about Fiz Hidri. Give him a call and you will understand why I took the time to write this review. - MM More

When I went in to Subaru City, I was looking for a used car, but Mike Pender sold me my new 2013 Outback! I love it, and I owe it all to the friendly atmosphere and quality salesmen/managers. Overall service was awesome. I was happy before even walking in the door from talking over the phone with Jake. He made sure I was happy with my purchase and that I had anything and everything that I needed with the entire sale. Adam did a great job explaining the car in detail and asking the right questions to make sure the used car was a good fit me personally. Adam also sent me a nice thank you car and also followed up a few days later making sure I was still happy with the car I chose. Kyle also did a great job and got me to the price I needed. I will definatly refer Subaru City to other friends and family and will be back when it is time for a new car! Although, I am extreamly happy with the one I purchased, so I dont think that will be for quite a while! Thanks guys!! More
Adam Swarnoff is not listed and he was my salesman for the evening. I arrived for the "Push, Pull, Drag" Event on Friday January 18th, 2013. First off, the advertisement that I took a screenshot of "Guarantees" a minimum of $4,000.00 for any trade in towards a used car. Make no mistake- this is a blatant lie. I was told my car was only worth $500.00- awesome lie! What a false advertisement nightmare! On top of that, they price their cars off a list that no one can view but them, so don't even try to use what banks use to price cars... NADA and KBB. So right off the bat, you realize that they purposely overpriced their vehicles to make up for their lying advertisements. I asked to see their list so that I could verify that price and the salesman don't even get to see them! They just rely on the manager to accurately price them. After I found that KBB value for the 2003 Honda Civic EX I was after was priced over the "excellent" value by over $500.00 I was already unable to breathe. Then, I saw the vehicle... Oh... My... God... What a nightmare! The interior roof cloth was hanging off the ceiling, the driver side door cloth was hanging off, the headlights on both sides were highly oxidized, broken and filled with oxidation, the front wheel skirts that protect the engine bay were completely missing allowing you to see the tires and ground through the sides, scratches on the back fender, scratches on the top, scratches on the sides, wheels were NOT in perfect condition, rims looked like milk was spilt on them that just can't be taken off, trunk was filthy and had dynamat all over it. Awwww man these guys are just real pieces of work. While trying to explain the circumstances to me, all Adam could say was "we put $4000 on paper but it's taken off MSRP" which didn't help him much. I still remember him asking me "do you understand?" and I would reply "No, did you pass math? Those numbers you just gave me don't add up... Anyone can write a number on paper, that doesn't make it fact." I explained to him that as per advertisement I'm guaranteed $4,000 for my trade in toward a used vehicle and that he offered me $500.00, and that is a fact we can both see. I also mentioned that the vehicle offered does not meet "excellent" conditions, so the KBB value of $7,336 is not even a valid pricing per MSRP because it doesn't meet the requirements and listed off why I needed the price to come down. Now, prior to even going in the expectation was set that I wanted to spend a certain amount aside from my trade in of $1,500 and that they should only show me vehicle that were priced as such... Well, they got that wrong too. This couldn't have been worse and even as I write this I can't imagine how many people are so frustrated with this blatant lying. DO NOT buy from these guys- the only thing they're certified for is lying in the courtroom. Mike Pryor said so many times "we'll give it to you straight away"... ARGH! SO frustrating! More
