Being able to schedule the services online is very convenient, and overall this was a pain-free experience. More
Great service! I took my car in to have a headlight replaced. I was offered a 21 point inspection which I accepted. From the time I pulled into the lot Fizz put me at ease, was not "pushy", asked excellent questions about the vehicle I wanted to purchase and was a wealth of knowledge about each of the styles of Subaru's I looked at buying. Fizz was a cut to the chase type of salesman, which I like, with the utmost professionalism. Schollssmann and Fizz had great follow-up in contacting me after my first visit and due to the customer focus he provided I returned the next day and purchased a Legacy from him. Car was ready to go, paperwork in order, tank filled. Can't ask for more! Thanks Fizz. More

After two days went back to order my forester, when I got there Jim had left for lunch so Eric Thill offered to help me, we went over the model I wanted. After Eric explained every detail to me, we filled out the contract and I had bought a car. both Jim and Eric were very easy to work with, would deal with them again. Thank You Both. up until the steering wheel replacement it was positive steering wheel leather was deteriorating after less than 30,000 miles. was replaced as a good will gesture. 48 hours the new wheel started deteriorat steering wheel leather was deteriorating after less than 30,000 miles. was replaced as a good will gesture. 48 hours the new wheel started deteriorating the same way. the car is still under factory warranty, but there is disagreement about replacing the new one. with the factory warranty still in place i feel that it should be replaced no matter how many it takes until it's gotten right. thanks. the deterioration is in the form of little snipping cuts. either a problem with the leather or the way it's wrapped.
