5 Stars is not enough This was my first visit after purchasing my Outback from Subaru City for an oil change and tire rotation. I had already had a great sales experience This was my first visit after purchasing my Outback from Subaru City for an oil change and tire rotation. I had already had a great sales experience with Eric Meeker and really wasn't expecting the outstanding service that I received from Mandi Vonckx. She was friendly and very knowledgable. She gave me a realistic time line for the work to be completed and half way through she came to see me in the waiting room to update me. After the work was done, she asked if I had any questions. She also said not to hesitate to call her if I had any questions in the future. She thanked me for coming in and shook my hand. Mandi really cared that I was happy with the service I received. When I got home I noticed some scratches on my car and called Mandi right away. I thought maybe it was their car wash that had done the damage.Mandi had me bring my car back and her manager took a look at it. He walked me through their car wash to show me that it could not have been their car wash because it had soft sponges. But he said he would take are of the scratches and had them buffed out right away. 5 stars are not enough to give this experience. They have gone above and beyond my expectations! Thank you! More
