Believe it or not, I walked into Schlossmann's not wanting to get a new car, even though my husband told me it was time to say good-bye to my 18 year- Believe it or not, I walked into Schlossmann's not wanting to get a new car, even though my husband told me it was time to say good-bye to my 18 year-old mini van. Jason Spilka greeted us immediately and asked what we were interested in. He totally understood my reluctance to purchase a new car, asked me what I liked and disliked about the vehicle I had, what I needed in a vehicle, and showed me what my options were on a new Subaru. His knowledge of the different Subaru cars was outstanding. He was able to pinpoint exactly what two models would work for my needs and patiently explained the features of each one. With Jason and Matthew Marino helping me make this important decision, I chose a Subaru Forester. Now I wonder how I ever lived without my Forester! Thank you SO much Jason and Matthew. More

Good experience overall. This is my 5th Subaru, and the 4th from this particular dealership. Two of the four were great. The other two were used, but both Subar overall. The used cars were overpriced and there were many maintenance issues. I also have had to work with 4 different salespersons due to turnover. However, the last one was really helpful and I hope he is there for my next Subaru. More

Fiz Hidri was my salesman and Liz Edmondson was the online chat representative who helped me find the right vehicle and gave me the information required. The whole staff was very polite and happy to help. My car was ready at the given time. The process of billing and paperwork was quickest than any that I have experienced before.
