Front wheel bearing & hub driver's side 2nd time going to this service department. 1st time was excellent as they got me a rental car right away when they new it was going to be an overnight 2nd time going to this service department. 1st time was excellent as they got me a rental car right away when they new it was going to be an overnight repair. This last time they gave me a ride home due to lack of loaner cars available. The ride home was very nice anyway. The repair worked great! unfortunately i was not able to use my wheel alignment coupon due to it not specifically spelled out on my repair bill even though the service guy said i had to get one after the hub was replaced. More

Far exceeded my low expectations To be honest, I don't trust dealers. We've all had or at least heard of awful experiences with them. I wasn't expecting anything different, but they e To be honest, I don't trust dealers. We've all had or at least heard of awful experiences with them. I wasn't expecting anything different, but they ended up having a used car I wanted for a surprisingly good price. Assuming it was too good to be true, I went to see it but expected to find some hidden problems (I know my way around a car), but to my great surprise, the car really was in fantastic condition. Then came the negotiations. They played the usual hardball, but without too much effort, we were able to agree on a deal that I felt happy about. They gassed and washed it before I took ownership and it was overall a favorable experience with little hassle. I can honestly say I would work with them again, but it always helps to understand cars and what things are worth. Bring someone with you or start learning if not. Hope it helps! Chris More
