Service good, car wash needs work I have been pleased with the service I've received at Subaru City. The people are courteous and friendly. I especially appreciate the body shop person I have been pleased with the service I've received at Subaru City. The people are courteous and friendly. I especially appreciate the body shop personnel for buffing out some surface scratches caused by a tree branch. However, my car wash experience has been disappointing. The last two times my car has been washed (including July 20), the driver's seat is about as far back as it can go and the air conditioning has been set to "Lo." You may want to train your car wash personnel to return the driver's seat to something close to where the owner had it and to return any temperature controls, radio stations, fans, etc. to their original settings. Excellent Customer Service So for years I have been coming to Subaru City since I bought my car from them! To be honest, I have not seen customer service like I have from Subar So for years I have been coming to Subaru City since I bought my car from them! To be honest, I have not seen customer service like I have from Subaru City as well as Subaru Corporate. They do everything and anything to help. Very glad to see this type of service as now a days you do not get that anywhere. I am a very proud Subaru Owner and to know that I have a support system in the service department. My experience with Eric Schaeffer and the rest of the staff is outstanding. Eric though has been my advisor for years and I'm glad to see him every time I come in.
