He keeps us updated, goes over what repairs are ne My husband and I have Subaru's, when we bring our cars in for service, Eric is always very helpful. He keeps us updated, goes over what repairs are needed immediately and which ones can wait a little bit, especially if things start to get expensive. If repairs are going to take longer than expected he lets us know and offers the shuttle ride home and back if needed. His sense of humor is appreciated by us also. The finance department was efficient in getting me through the paperwork. Very courteous staff. The only downside for me was the location, but it was worth the drive for the good sales experience. great price, friendly service, internal communication lackin I'm going to list things that could have been done better, but overall, we were very happy with our experience. We live 90 minutes from the dealership I'm going to list things that could have been done better, but overall, we were very happy with our experience. We live 90 minutes from the dealership, but bought from Subaru City simply because nobody else could meet their price. The sale price was agreed upon via email with the internet sales department; until we went to purchase the car, we had never set foot on their property. We knew exactly what car we wanted, and had applied for credit online before driving to Milwaukee. The communication between the internet group and the sales person was apparently lacking, as the sales person seemed to think we were just taking the car for a test drive, when we were in fact ready to purchase it (of course, we needed to drive it also). Unbeknownst to us, there was a fraud alert on our credit report, which prevented the financing from being completed that evening. The dealership had pulled our credit report earlier that day. A closer inspection of the report would've indicated the problem and could have saved us an additional trip (3 hours round trip). As it is, we corrected the issue the next day and returned to the dealership to finish the purchasing process and take the car home. We had asked the internet sales rep to not place a dealer decal on the car. She assured us that they wouldn't, and if there already was one, it would be removed. This was not done; another instance of internal communication issues. Otherwise, everybody we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Except for these minor glitches, it was a very positive experience. More

When I arrived nothing got transferred from the online team to the actual sales person besides my name. Once I caught the sales person up with all my requests everything was smooth sailing. If you are picking out a vehicle online and setting up appointments I recommend calling and dealing with a sales person since that's who you will be dealing with when you arrive. Other than that the place was nice and clean. If you are from out of state make sure you request Sam as your financial manager, she was the most educated about out of state purchases. More
A "feel good" experience! I was stressed and running late for my appointment to have my car serviced. It was a pleasure to be greeted courteously. The young lady at the service I was stressed and running late for my appointment to have my car serviced. It was a pleasure to be greeted courteously. The young lady at the service desk was busy, but she took the time to acknowledge my arrival and did not make me feel bad about running late, but rather assured me that the service department could fit me in. She explained that she would be checking the car for scratches and dings and other potential issues prior to turning it over to the mechanics and invited me to go on the inspection with her. I have a service agreement on my car and everything that was promised on the agreement for the checkup was done at no additional charge. I spent only a little while in the lounge where coffee, cookies, and beverages are offered. There is a TV and magazines to read, but I took my I-pad and caught up on messages and work. This started out as a stressful day, but I left relaxed and happy because of a happy and smiling staff that knows the meaning of customer service, and oh, my car was washed too! I would recommend this center any day. Oh and by the way, my husband and I both love our Subaru's. More
