We had several issues that were covered under the warranty, but had to fight them to get them fixed right. Poor communication and bad customer service resulted in extra visits because not all problems were taken care of the first time. Had a tire issue and tried to deal directly with the service manager. He was not helpful nor made me feel like a valued customer. Now over 36,000 miles, going to another dealer in my area. The salesman emailed every time we had service, sounds good, but but never did anything about our poor service experiences. Now they want to "buy" my car at a sad used price.... Just hope we can get removed from their mailing and email list. We want nothing to do with them. Sad really. More

Very good-not held hostage like at some dealerships. So far we really love the Forester Touring that we leased. Unfortunately, it already has received a parking lot ding. Also, the car really needs mud flaps included as standard. There are holes in the wheel wells were the mud flaps are supposed to be mounted. Our salesman said it was an expensive option, however, I believe it should be standard equipment, especially with the Touring model. Both our Chevy Equinox and Cruze came standard with mud flaps. Fast and friendly I came in to get the CD player of my Outback fixed. The service manager pointed out that it was still under warranty and wouldn't cost me a cent. He did warn me that it would take upwards of three hours and did I really want to wait there during that time? Of course I didn't, so their friendly driver drove me home where I only had to wait an hour and a half for my three hour service to be done. The driver came back and scooped me up no muss - no fuss.
