They Stand behind the Cars they Sale! I purchased my car from Schlossmanns based on my need for a new car. The after purchase service I received not only met but exceeded my expectation. I purchased my car from Schlossmanns based on my need for a new car. The after purchase service I received not only met but exceeded my expectation. Two years into this car my Alternator went out. So I have to get the car towed to the dealership on a Friday afternoon and was told it should be ready Saturday afternoon or Monday morning at the lasting due the service department being super busy. My car an Acura RL has a part that not only is it on back order but the Manufacturer has placed an hold on making the parts internally. The service staff at Schlossmanns, and my Tech, Eric, reassured me that they would get this handled. Find the part and get my car back whole as soon as possible. Not only did they get me a service loaner for three until the part was located, but they picked up the couple days tab on a loaner car that I had previous to the loaner coming available. I have never experience or heard of this kind of customer service at a dealership other than a Top of the line brand. Thanks for making my Summer! More
