Much to long for routine service Brought my Legacy in for an oil change and tire rotation. 6K miles on the vehicle. I made the mistake of waiting. It took nearly 90 minutes to complete. 90 minutes seems exceedingly slow and at no time did the service advisor stop by to update me. Very disappointing. Nice dealership at which to buy a car. But only service it here if you can leave the car. More

Continues problem I never owned a car prior with the bulb issues like this car has. This is my third visit due to light bulbs going out. I have decided that my future car WILL NOT be a Subaru. Let me add... I am not upset at the service department for this. I feel that he/they did what he could for me, and overall, did a professional job to help the matter. Although the cost of replacing was way too high. If this is just a way to make more money on these vehilcles, you may want to think up a new way. I feel that the car has a hightened safety record, that's way I bought it. Now I feel the car is WAY overrated with this problem going on. Headlights, taillites, blickers and all around lights going out all the time is a serious hazzard to the road. So serious you can be ticketed for them going out. Who wants to purchase a car for over $30,000 and get ticketed for bulbs going out? Something should be done about this. Subaru is clearly not as great as we are sold on. I am honestly affraid to purchase another Subaru. More

I recently lease my 2016 Subaru Legacy about 6mths ago and have been extremely happy with my choice. The customer service reps at Subaru have always made me feel welcomed and special when ever I have a service done. They are prompt, courteous and very thorough when inspecting my car. The waiting room is always clean and well stocked with water, juice and snacks for their customers and I was done in literally 45 mins from check in, until my name was called that my car was done. I would highly recommend Scholossmann Subaru City on south 27th Street to anyone. Kudos to your team. More

Fiz was very knowledgeable regarding the inventory and the whole car buying experience. He was patient, answering all our questions, and he did not "push" us at any time during the process. The experience was as enjoyable and exciting as you could hope for in purchasing a car. I would definitely recommend the dealership, everyone was super friendly and helpful, and by the way I am very happy with our new car! More

Saturdays are not a good day We had a 10:30 appointment to which we were 10 min. early for. We were told it would be about an hour for an oil change. Wow, really? After an hour an We had a 10:30 appointment to which we were 10 min. early for. We were told it would be about an hour for an oil change. Wow, really? After an hour and a half we walked back to service to see what was happening. The service agent said see was waiting for our keys that were on the desks next to hers'. While the agent was very nice, and the issue not being fully her fault, it was a bit disheartening to have to wait longer then needed. This tells me that a better system of getting the key from the tech to the agent is needed. More
