Great service and kid friendly My husband and I brought our three year old daughter with us to rollover our two leased vehicles for two new Subaru vehicles. It was a long day for My husband and I brought our three year old daughter with us to rollover our two leased vehicles for two new Subaru vehicles. It was a long day for my daughter but they had a lot for her to do. There was a little table set up with crayons and coloring books on the storeroom floor. Also in the back there is a playroom. It kept her busy. She also loved the free cookies. We found two new cars and were able to take them home that day. While waiting for the finance group we set her carseat up in the new car. My daughter ended up falling asleep in the car. Our wonderful dealer sat in the car with her while she slept so we could finish up with the finance department. It was a very good experience. More

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 (would I appreciate the friendly service, coupon, clean waiting room, beverages/cookies and the car wash. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 (would have given 4.5 (if it was an option) as I was told 45 minutes for the oil change and tire rotation but it took longer. I would rather be told an hour/hour and a half, then if ready earlier I would have been more pleased. In our family, my husband, daughter and I all have Subaru's. More
