I ended up arriving half an hour earlier from the appointment time and there were no problems with receiving and starting the maintenance then and there. I moved to the waiting room and it had access to internet connection drinks and some quick snacks. eventually my waiting time was estimated to be about one in a half hour but it took only about 45 minutes. It was quick and easy. would go again. More

Whenever we go to Schlossmann's, everyone we encounter is very friendly & asks how they can help you. We had small talk with a few different people while we were there. So caring, kind & helpful! ABS light was on, steep hill light was on, and vehicle dynamics light was on. I was told that a plow could have done this damage also. These were the indications that something was wrong with the vehicle even drove fine on dry pavement. No traction in the slightest snow on the way to the dealer. So yesterday I get an e-mail from Starlink to inform me that my windshield washer fluid is almost gone. Really an e-mail to tell me this, but something as severe as what was wrong with my tie rod being bent and bearings shot I couldn't be informed of that! The service done at the dealer was completed and seems fine. Just wish I knew what caused so much damage with only 3000 miles on vehicle. More
