I did have to wait 1.5 hours before I was able to get to the finance person. I was kept abreast of what was happening though. More

Excellent Service I know a lot of people don't like taking their cars to their dealership for repairs, but you can trust Subaru City. I was really happy with the vehic I know a lot of people don't like taking their cars to their dealership for repairs, but you can trust Subaru City. I was really happy with the vehicle I bought and haven't had any problems in the last two years except for a dead battery. I called the service department, they recommended a tow truck company. The tow truck guy was able to jump my car but it wouldn't start again without the jump. So he told me to drive directly to Subaru, even without an appointment. Although they were incredibly busy they were able to not only provide a new battery but to also take care of my 18,000 mile check up since it was due. I didn't know how long it would take so they provided me with a ride home. Two hours later, my car was done. Their shuttle service picked me up and I was on my way. Excellent Service! More

First to call when I wanted more information on Subrau First to call me back when I inquired about Subaru (Nick I believe) Everything, except trade-in value exceeded my expectations, but considering the a First to call me back when I inquired about Subaru (Nick I believe) Everything, except trade-in value exceeded my expectations, but considering the age (2003), it was fair, plus I bought/leased the car I wanted. (2017 Subaru Crosstrek. The last new car that I purchased was a 1971, prices are higher now, but the experience of buying was much more pleasant, and much more professional. My wife and I were very impressed with everyone we met, but I can't say enough about Fiz Hidri. Best car dealership in america I've been to many car dealership here in america since i move from Jamaica. An this dealership is by bar the best in the country in my opinion. This is my 2nd car I'm buying from that dealership. Everyone is on the same page, super sweet and they don't let u feel like they are forcing u to lease and car are buy something that u dont really want. And just to say i have had some experience with car dealerships over the years. Russ darrow is the worst in the world they are all the same, no professionalism at all. I've even got my car stolen at russ darrow. But not to get off topic, lol. Best dealership, I'll be coming back soon. More
