She is very good at explaining what my vahicle issues where in language that made sense to a nontechnical person. she went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and understood everything. When I do have to return to the dealership, I will make it a point to return to Mandi. I also make it a point to visit with Bryan, my salesman, he is always there and ready to help in any way he can. Even though my vehicle needed to be serviced, working with Mandi makes it alot less painful, also the warm cookies really do help. More
