Terrible Service Dept I have had numerous issues with service provided at Subaru City in the last year. I have been going to them since 2010 for my Subaru Outback, even sti I have had numerous issues with service provided at Subaru City in the last year. I have been going to them since 2010 for my Subaru Outback, even still going there when I moved 45 min away, because I felt they did a good job. However, the service this last year has been awful, and after the most recent incident I will NEVER go back. I won't list everything that's happened over the last year, but I will say that one issue was so bad (could potentially cause mechanically problems in the future) that I wrote a letter to Subaru and received a $500 coupon, on top of the $200 coupon Subaru City already gave me. This visit, I scheuled to have the housing on a side view mirror replaced along with an oil change and tire rotation. I took time off of work to go to the appt, and I was told it would take 2 hrs. (I had to wait for the car because of how far away I live.) Two hours later when my name was called and I went to pay I was told the mirror didn't get done because the box and the part were damaged. I sat there for TWO HOURS and all they did was an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that the box was pretty badly damaged, so the parts department should have looked at the part inside when it arrived. To top it off, I had asked when I arrived that they not wash the car so I could get home sooner, but had to wait an additional 10 minutes because the car was being washed. I did not pay for the oil change and tire rotation, and they offered me 10% off of having my mirror replaced when I come back. When I come back? I wasn't even going to come that time because of my experiences over the last year, I'm surely not going back now after all of this. I highly recommend staying clear of Subaru City service dept. More

He was very thorough in his training and offered to help me further if I have questions in the future. He moved the process along quickly so I did not have to spend many hours there. Broken light on passanger side mirror. Due to a slight design flaw in the side mirrors, it is impossible to see how far the light sticks out while driving.
