Painful but necessary I brought my Imprezza in for the 90,000 checkup. Very expensive but worth it since I like the car and want to keep it for awhile. The service advisor, Eric, was friendly. He came in to explain more work that needed to be done and explained that I didn't need to have it all done at once. He also prioritized the needed repairs. One of the other service advisors was walking through the waiting area and stopped to tell me my car was almost ready even though I hadn't asked him. The car was cleaned up, both interior and exterior, a welcome surprise. More
