Super service! Had a bit of bumper damage on my 2016 Outback. Talked with Scott Wilson the body shop manager. Got an estimate for a 'repair' and a 'replacement' job. Had a bit of bumper damage on my 2016 Outback. Talked with Scott Wilson the body shop manager. Got an estimate for a 'repair' and a 'replacement' job. Turns out the 'repair' actually was a replacement of the entire painted front part of the vehicle, but didn't include the lower black part which was also scraped a bit. The repair was a lower expense and I went with that. Scott and his team did a great job of removing the old bumper, painting the new one, and then installing the new one. Unexpectedly, they also buffed up and made look new the black lower part as well. What a pleasant surprise! and at no cost to me. My car looks brand new again and Scott helped me get what I believe is a great price too. Highly recommend him. Very personable and caring type of guy. I like everyone I've ever met at this dealership and they all do their best to accommodate and please you as a customer. Makes you feel like a good ol' fashion type customer where "the customer is king" and treated like it. More

Great service I took my car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out quickly. I then went to the body shop for what I thought were scratch I took my car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out quickly. I then went to the body shop for what I thought were scratches on the roof. The woman at the counter looked at it, realized it was some kind of goop. She went and got some cleaner and removed them.
