Searching around the area Schlossmann Subaru City had best customer reviews and was recommended to us I went in expecting to purchase a new 2017 WRX. Searching around the area Schlossmann Subaru City had best customer reviews and was recommended to us by a friend who also leased a Subaru from Schlossmann. In addition to best price in town Schlossmann Subaru City included lifetime warranty on the power train for new vehicle purchase. Bryan Spigarelli took the time to help me go over accessory options for the vehicle order and also let me test drive the WRX which other dealerships in town did not seemed to offer. I highly recommend Schlossmann Subaru City. It was worth the 10 weeks of waiting to get our WRX. More

Time delayed and work was almost complete upon leaving. I usually have a good service day, but last week was not ideal. The appointment is suppose to last 1 hour and 10 minutes maximum. After, 2 hours of wa I usually have a good service day, but last week was not ideal. The appointment is suppose to last 1 hour and 10 minutes maximum. After, 2 hours of waiting, I went to ask if my car was ready, then I was told that they were vacuuming the car, 30 minutes later I went back and they said they were washing my floor mats, and then 30 minutes later, I finally received my car. Then as I was driving to get my child from school, I noticed they didn't even vacuum the car at all, just did the floor mat wash. I was so upset, that after I picked up my child, I drove back to get it vacuumed then I WAITED another 30 minutes or more. I hope that because of this experience they never lie to another customer about what they are doing to their car. I truly love Subaru products, I just want that customer service that I normally receive. More

Best Price - Best Service I negotiated on the Internet for the price of my dad's car through Nick. When dad and I got to the dealership we were directed to Ed who sold dad the I negotiated on the Internet for the price of my dad's car through Nick. When dad and I got to the dealership we were directed to Ed who sold dad the car and broke his neck for him to get the right color. He even drove us home that night because the new car was not ready and dad traded the car. He was very helpful. We needed extra TLC because my dad is 93 and totally deaf. Thanks for your help.
