Pleasantly surprised Since my warranty expired, due to dealership higher prices & what previously was mediocre service desk attendants, haven't been there in 2 years. Yet Since my warranty expired, due to dealership higher prices & what previously was mediocre service desk attendants, haven't been there in 2 years. Yet upon arrival the service bay/check in has been remodeled. I felt welcomed, listened too and the oil change price went down. Will probably drive the distance to have future service by Subaru mechanic/staff. More

While not working with the original salesman that the internet department set us up with we had a good experience with transitioning to a different salesman. Liz Edmondson originally hooked us up with Eric Thill and he took car of our needs to make sure the Outback we were looking for was in stock and got it ready for a test drive for us. Our first visit ended in 1 of 3 kids getting sick in the show room floor, our second visit the following Saturday we test drove the outback we had meant to the previous week and our 3rd saturday resulted in the purchase of our outback. When we showed up on a whim the 3rd trip Erice was not working, but we were greeted by David Opanga who went on a final test drive with us and helped us through the new car purchase process. We ended up keeping David, Steven, and Robert well past closing time, but we were all able to come to an agreement and they saw to it that we didn't leave there unsatisfied. More

Great Service! Stopped in without an appointment as my wipers were a bit worn and weren't cleaning the windshield very well. As it was the middle of the afternoon I Stopped in without an appointment as my wipers were a bit worn and weren't cleaning the windshield very well. As it was the middle of the afternoon I expected to wait for a while but Sean got me right in. 30 minutes later I had new wipers all around and a clean car, without asking! I am on Subaru #5 and when my lease is up I will be back for #6. Thanks again Subaru City! More

The right way to sell a car. I was promptly greeted and offered assistance when I entered the showroom by the sales manager. He returned a few minutes later and said a salesperson had been alerted and would assist me. I then met Fiz Hidri. I will be direct as possible in describing my experience with Fiz. First and most important to me was his knowledge of the type of car I wanted to buy. He was just like the car I ended up buying, practical, pleasant and efficient. There was no time wasted. And most importantly, he really listened to my questions and answered them candidly. Annoying questions like, " how much do you want to spend?" did not happen. During the test drive it was all business with Fiz showing me (he drove at my request) the technical aspects of the car. I was then given a written proposal. When I said I would take some time to respond I was given a second proposal. I am not comfortable with that sales concept but at least it was made in a professional manner and I was simply encouraged to return. There was no sense of my being pressured to make a decision. I really liked that philosophy. I did return after looking at several different car dealers, including a wasted 2 hours at another Subaru dealer where several classic distasteful sales tactics were used, including disparaging the lifetime warranty offered by you and telling me their offer was good only for that day. Upon my return Fiz was extraordinarily diplomatic in responding to my comments about that experience. I want to emphasis that it was important to me to have a really technically solid salesperson assist me. I am not positive I got the absolutely best price but I feel good about the entire experience and my decision. I really feel that with the assistance of Fiz and Sam in finance I bought the right car for my family at a fair price and from a very good dealer. That's all I wanted. More
Didn't do what they said Went in for my maintenance (which I have the maintenance plan, so free when I go in) they stated they changed the oil, rotated the tires, and filled u Went in for my maintenance (which I have the maintenance plan, so free when I go in) they stated they changed the oil, rotated the tires, and filled up all fluids. I can see the tires were rotated. The next day my low windshield wiper fluid light came on... i tried to call and the person on the phone was no help. If they lied about filling my fluids, how do i know they even changed my oil? Never been so disappointed in a dealership before. I don't have time to be going back to make sure they finish the job that should have been done the first time. More
