Not your typical experience! I've leased numerous vehicles in my life. Whenever the time comes for a new vehicle, I "prepare" myself to the eventual lengthy back and forth dealing I've leased numerous vehicles in my life. Whenever the time comes for a new vehicle, I "prepare" myself to the eventual lengthy back and forth dealing that ultimately ensues, knowing that I will spend most if not all day at the dealership. However, this dealership and specifically, Adam and Sarah, made our experience truly enjoyable. They're both great to work with, professional, kind and to the point. We enjoyed our experience so much, that we came back two months later and leased a second vehicle. Thank you Adam and Sarah, and Subaru City, for a not so typical experience. Truly grateful! More

Within 3 1/2 hours of making our second test drive we were leaving with our new vehicle. We hate haggling for price and being pressured to purchase additional services and features. This sale was low pressure and the agreed to sale price was reached very quickly. Our preference would be to purchase from a dealer that establishes a fair price and doesn't haggle but this experience was about as close to that as we could have expected. More

The usual purchase I have purchased 5 Subaru's from Schlossmann's over the last 10 years or so. My son has also purchased a couple. The reason I keep coming back? Jim Lemke and I have, over the years, really understand each other. I usually know what I want, and he knows I am a busy person. So, we go about the car buying business in a straightforward, upfront way. I tell him what I want, he goes and discusses it briefly with the manager, he comes back with a proposal he knows I will accept, we write it up and I am on my way. I think the management has also understood over the years that 'haggling' is not something I will do. The internet and other dealers are vying for that business. Jim and Schlossmann's makes it easy for me to buy a new car. More

He was very helpful and patient in explaining car features all the various accessories that we asked about. We never felt any pressure to make a decision. In fact, the various dealer staff that we met were all friendly and conscientious of meeting our needs. I am sure that all of the consultants are helpful, but I am extremely satisfied with Jeff Boals' guidance, while we made our purchase decisions. And I highly recommend him. It was my most enjoyable and satisfying car buying experience among many car dealers, over the past 50 years.!!! More
