The wait time for the maintenance was reasonable and within 5 minutes of the length of time I was told when I brought my vehicle in. The customer waiting lounge was clean and quiet with comfortable seating. They also hav a nice variety of complimentary beverages and snacks for the customers in the waiting lounge area. I’ve been going to Schlossmann’s for the past 5 years for routine maintenance service and never had a negative experience nor have I seen or heard a customer complain about their service while I’ve been there.
