Excellent Service I noticed that my vehicle was about 1,000 miles past due for an oil change. It was Friday evening at about 7:30pm and I did not have any time over the I noticed that my vehicle was about 1,000 miles past due for an oil change. It was Friday evening at about 7:30pm and I did not have any time over the weekend to bring it in for the oil change. I checked the hours of Jiffy Lube and they closed at 7:00pm. I checked Schaumburg Toyota's website and noticed that their service department was open until Midnight. I drove over there and when I drove it in, the service manager, Chris noticed that the brakes were squealing. He had the mechanic check the brakes and they needed to be replaced. I expected him to tell me I would have to leave it overnight or bring it back on Monday. No, he said he could have it done in about two hours! This was already 8:00pm on Friday night. They gave me a ride home and at 10:00pm my phone rang, It was Chris calling to let me know the car was ready to go. This was incredible service late on a Friday night. Very convenient hours for people who work all day. More
