Quality People The guys at Toyota are just the best. The battery on ny car died. I called Toyota and was given the number to Toyota Roadside Assistance. What a joke. A supreme run around and after 15 minutes i hung up and called my dealership back. I was immediately given Artys Towing phone number. They are the best and nicest people I have ever dealt with. Within a half hour the tow truck was there to tow my car. The service man at the dealership kept me informed and apologized for the shabby treatment from roadside assistance. I have been dealing with Schaumburg Toyota for a very ling time and I'm glad I have. The guys there are Just the best. Thank you Toyota Schaumburg. More

I arrived and was quickly greeted by a pleasant service agent who quickly entered my information into the computer an My visit was unexpectedly nice. I waited in the very nicely appointed waiting area for about 30-45 minutes just as he had stated and was then called that my car was ready and washed! What a great way to start the day! Water Pump Replacement on Toyota Highlander Randy quoted me a fair price and said I could bring the car in right away for the repair. I brought the car to him about 2 hours later, and they had Randy quoted me a fair price and said I could bring the car in right away for the repair. I brought the car to him about 2 hours later, and they had it done within 4 hours. This was after a local mechanic told me it would take about a week to do. I will definitely be coming back.
