We apologize if your visit did not go as expected. An alignment check is suggested by Toyota at each and every visit, at least once a year. If your alignment is off, it can make your steering off and cause abnormal wear and tear on tires and other wear items that you may be responsible for. Your vehicle can become off from just one pot hole or a curb, etc. If you do have service at another location, please discuss this with them and we are sure they would have the same suggestion. We do hope to see you at Schaumburg Toyota again!
