It started with Sean in Service. Awesome individual and I wouldn' t hesitate to ask him for assistance. I had tried reaching out to sales to ask about used cars. I needed a "hand up" with regard to purch I wouldn' t hesitate to ask him for assistance. I had tried reaching out to sales to ask about used cars. I needed a "hand up" with regard to purchasing a used car and simply couldn't find the person I should go to. The phone people were kind of dismissive. He forwarded my name and phone number to Chris Haley, and without a commitment made me feel valued. Chris called me, we talked about the need I had. He didn't make me feel "pathetic" or needy which was deeply appreciated. Thank you for all that you did for my daughter and I. 2020 has exceeded all expectations and blown up under most of our feet and has been very un-nerving. After they did an alignment to my car my steering wheel was not straight when the car was going straight and they told me that this is , because of the roads... I had to go to a different place to do my al was not straight when the car was going straight and they told me that this is , because of the roads... I had to go to a different place to do my alignment right and they found that it was off with 0.6 degrees . My steering wheel is centralized again and I will never go to Schaumburg Toyota for service again !!! More
