I'm not sure if these reviews are talking about the same person. Not only was Ben Starr impatient, he insulted my intelligence with flat out lies and deceptive tactics. I think people forget you can Google person. Not only was Ben Starr impatient, he insulted my intelligence with flat out lies and deceptive tactics. I think people forget you can Google cars on the spot and see where they actually are, and their availability! Secondly, and most importantly. Extremely disrespectful/unprofessional. Ben took a personal slight to my needs for my purchase and took the opportunity to insult and attempt to belittle me twice in the conversation. Sarcasm and being patronizing are not a part of the sales process. The joke is on him because if it weren't for his attitude I would have been a buyer that day. I want to say this review will stand as a sobering lesson of character, but after interacting with Ben and seeing his tenure, I doubt you can straighten out a crooked piece of driftwood. I'm a proud owner of a brand new Toyota vehicle, NOT from Schaumburg Toyota. More
