One of my worst car experiences ever.. Sales person Jerry did not communicate that car was sold out from under me after several days of confirming my visit and drivetime from out of state of 3 and a 1/2 hour did not communicate that car was sold out from under me after several days of confirming my visit and drivetime from out of state of 3 and a 1/2 hours. Jad trade vehicle and cash in hand for the deal. Made drive to dealer this morning with no communication until only minutes away. Absolutely 0 empathy shown and sarcastic comments made back on text messages in response to my being upset. Called dealership and spoke to another sales person who suggested I should come to the dealer and "let Jerry have it." Don't buy from this dealership. Go down the street and find another. Horrible! More

I have been looking for a car for 9 months now, I have been to multiple Toyota dealerships but this branch made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Darek Gniadek was our salesman and he was wonderful, h been to multiple Toyota dealerships but this branch made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Darek Gniadek was our salesman and he was wonderful, honest and accommodating. It greatly helps that the used cars they have are more than what I expected in terms of value and value. They wont deal you with sub-par used cars. I highly recommend this branch! More

Great place to have a car serviced. For a couple of years, I've driven almost 40 minutes to get the experience of great service and a great environment with pleasant, helpful people.
