I recently purchased a Toyota Certified 2017 Land Cruiser from Schaumburg Toyota online. I had been looking to upgrade from my 2013 Land Cruiser. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had purchasing from Schaumburg Toyota online. I had been looking to upgrade from my 2013 Land Cruiser. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had purchasing a car. I live in Houston, Texas and flew up to Chicago and took a shuttle to Schaumburg, IL. The next morning Darek picked me up from my hotel and drove me to the dealership. I had my bank send the money via wire transfer and it was just a matter of signing the paperwork and I was out the door. Darek and Robert were very courteous and helpful. The team at Schaumburg Toyota was incredible from the beginning. Obviously we are in a seller’s market right now, and there’s little financial incentive to treat customers with respect. Despite that, every step of the way was smooth and pain free. Negotiating a deal was very fair and honest. While my vehicle was being manufactured the team was patient with my inquiries and kept me in the loop. When my vehicle arrived, the purchase process was a breeze. No high-pressure sales tactics, no gotchas, just fairness and respect. Really incredible team, from the business office, sales, to finance. More

Daniel was outstanding - extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in, and about the process of getting our car. We had to pre-order, and everything went exactly as he described, righ the vehicles we were interested in, and about the process of getting our car. We went back to Schaumburg Toyota because they have the best selection (our 2nd purchase there), and apparently the best ability to get new cars from the factory. We feel very lucky to have gotten the new vehicle we wanted in a timely fashion, given the present shortages. More
