I’ve been going here for a few years now and it’s done is gone downhill. Service advisors are a revolving door and the waiting room is a dump now. Gabe in used cars was really nice and attentive to details. The 2021 Kia Niro Hybrid we bought is a nice SUV. Car is clean and nice as described. We bought online and flew up to Chicago to pick up an details. The 2021 Kia Niro Hybrid we bought is a nice SUV. Car is clean and nice as described. We bought online and flew up to Chicago to pick up and drive home to Dallas. Gabe picked us up at the airport. Wow! He had set the car up for detail, cleaning, charging and gas fill up the night before?? but none of it was not done when we got there. We spent 3 hrs longer at the dealership than we had wanted, given we had a 14 hour drive home in icy cold weather. All in all I am happy with the deal but hope the dealership can learn how to better coordinate a details once a deal is made. More
