I brought my vehicle in for service not only was my car there for a week but they also tried to charge me $200 dollars for a loaner vehicle they then called me and told me my vehicle was all fixed i got to there for a week but they also tried to charge me $200 dollars for a loaner vehicle they then called me and told me my vehicle was all fixed i got to the dealer to only find out that my car was not fixed and i was having the same issue the manager told me well we fixed the problem and there is nothing that we could do i will never buy from a bob rohrman dealer again not only did they loose my service they lost a customer as a kia owner i traded my vehicle in after only having it for 11 months its a shame how terrible the service and poor customer service quality is!!!!! More
Your service department managed by Phil is a mess period three months ago they messed up my car in the three different occasions that very disrespectful period three months ago I was treated very rudely by three months ago they messed up my car in the three different occasions that very disrespectful period three months ago I was treated very rudely by one of your service department and he change the oil after I was waiting more than three hours and he forgot or maybe intentionally he didn’t close the oil tank so my car stopped working It has to be told by your towing agency and they ask me to pay for the towing and it’s not my fault it’s the service department fault I had to be without a car for two weeks and nobody cared to call me and offered me a card to be used until my car is fixed it’s a mess and in the end fill the manager of the service department instead of apologising for my damaging experience with you guys he insulted me and hang up on me two weeks ago it’s such a damaging experience More

After driving the car home found the headlights and the parking brake not working. Cars are supposed to be “inspected and serviced” before going out for sale, this kind of details show the kind of work they do. More
