Wonderful experience due to Tim My car's check engine light came on as I was driving home. I had no appt and walked in and they took me even though they looked busy. Factory recall and scheduled maintenance on the vehicle. I have no complaint regarding customer service or the quality of work done. My only regret is the next day I received a coupon flier with many discounts that would of help me offset a little of the cost. service I brought the car n for oil change and software update on a recall notice. I had asked for loaner but told by service manager the process would only I brought the car n for oil change and software update on a recall notice. I had asked for loaner but told by service manager the process would only take an hour-he said software update is only 20 minutes although letter stated an hour. He assumed me all would be done in hour-i set up 7AM appointment and was at the door at 6:40. Was let in at 7:02. Jason was very friendly getting paperwork computer. Also had tire rotation completed. I went to lounge to wait. About 8:50 i returned to Jason to check status. After some checking he indicated the work was done now waiting for car wash-not sure how long a ling could be on a raining morning at 9AM. Anyway car done about 9:05. While told an hour i budgeted two and missed that by a few-not a big deal however my whole point is let;'s be honest with time estimates. I could have gone many places for that same work and truly would have been out in a hour and most cases less. More
