What seemed like them being overly helpful was just until they sold the car. I had mentioned our mechanic said the car wasn’t safe to drive, the used car guy said they could help with that and others said th they sold the car. Had to wait nearly 2 hours for a scheduled oil change, then told I needed sir and cabin filters. Only to find out that one of them was not in stock. When I went to pay the cashier wasn't there. On on way to Illinois, half way we were hopeless EVEN THOUGH WE HAD MONEY DOWN ON HAND, because due to so many turn down from other dealer. We were at one point giving up and going back home to Wisconsin THOUGH WE HAD MONEY DOWN ON HAND, because due to so many turn down from other dealer. We were at one point giving up and going back home to Wisconsin. Then, what do we know??! Emily reach out to us through phone. She said its rare that their customers will get denied for any approval. We didn't believe her at 1st then we said let's GIVE IT A TRY. BAM!!!!! I WAS APPROVED! I wanted to Thank You! Emily for working so hard to help me take this ride home last night! She is awesome! Thank you to Kia Schaumburg and again especially Emily for giving me another chance to start a new journey. Me and my wife can never thank her enough for the encouragement and the efforts she has put into helping us taking this beautiful ride home.
