Not very happy My husband brought our vehicle in to repair the steering wheel column, this service was covered under my extended warranty. My husband was told the s My husband brought our vehicle in to repair the steering wheel column, this service was covered under my extended warranty. My husband was told the service would take 1 1/2 so he waited for the repair to be completed. After 2 hours the technician advised my husband that the repair was completed but in the process he had to disconnect my remote start and if we wanted it reconnected, he would have to charge us an hour labor ($143.08), so now an 1 1/2 job took 3 hours. I am not sure I understand why we have to be charged for a service we had no control over, my husband was NOT notified prior to disconnecting the remote start and asked if he wanted the tech to proceed because there would be a charge to reconnect, the tech simply disconnected and told my husband after the fact and furthermore why are we being charged for a process that needed to be done to repair the steering wheel. When I bring my car in for servicing I would expect for it to be returned not needing something else repaired or reconnected for an additional charge. Of course my husband agreed to paying to reconnect, I use my remote start frequently. I purchased this vehicle brand new from the dealership with the remote start already installed. I am so very disappointed. More

I am so frustrated and upset with this location due to being misled multiple times throughout the entire process. I was originally quoted a certain price online and was told that the interest would be 0%. When I went into the dealership, I met with Bill. Long story short, Bill had no knowledge about the vehicle and tried telling me features that were in the car that were not accurate. He tried to tell me the price I got online was not right, and I would not get 0%. He finally came down with the price, but when I viewed the car, it was not the same car I inquired about online, and it did not have features he told me it would have. When I questioned this, he got extremely defensive and was very rude. When we told him we'd like to discuss the higher version, and we'd want to make it work in our price range. He leaned back in his chair, rubbed his hands together, and said "looks like we're done here". Bill was so unprofessional and I was so angry. I emailed Ricky and Tiffany, both in management and never got a response. I went to a different dealership and got the higher trim in the price I wanted. So I believe Bill was just lazy and did not want to budge with us. I would avoid this sales associate. More
Major service was required and it was handled exceptionally well. This is my first non GM car in my life and the great service will likely bring me back to Kia in the future.
