Two main issues I brought our 2019 Sorento in for - both were dismissed by the Service Manager. Our brakes squeal after driving for 15-20 minutes - I was told pads were fine - I asked if tech cleaned them I were dismissed by the Service Manager. Our brakes squeal after driving for 15-20 minutes - I was told pads were fine - I asked if tech cleaned them I was told “I’m sure he would have”. The second issue is the backup warning system malfunction. Dash light is on and it still is. I have researched and see that many Sorento owners have this problem. Needless to say this service manager has forced me to take business else where More
