Even though we bought the car from there, paperwork experience was extremely bad. We agreed on purchase price and then the sales person came back and said you are approved for 294/month for 72 months a experience was extremely bad. We agreed on purchase price and then the sales person came back and said you are approved for 294/month for 72 months and wanted us to initial on the paper. I asked what is the interest rate and he said 5.9 which was extremely high when bank was offering under 3%. Then he went back and came back with another number of 280 or something a month and wanted us to initial agin with 3.55 interest rate. We agreed on that number. Then came to finance department. They had our paperwork already printed for us. Very nice guy and we start signing then I asked for breakdown and found there is over $2000 charge for extended warranty that we did not ask for. I wonder how many customers get sucked into this kind of practice. Now are payments down to $259/month. I called next day and asked why there was such a big difference between 5.9 to 3.55 interest rate and I was told that the dealership gave us a favor and submitted our application with 8 others to get better rates. This is from manager. I know for sure we were the only one purchasing at that time and each application stand alone with their credit score. We were also charged for ETCH more than $300 and when I asked what is that for and I was told every car comes with it. I ask for document in writing, all of a sudden they changed their story. I believe this dealership is taking advantage of customers and charging extra interest rate, warranty and other stuff. I am thinking about informing Channel 5 about my experience. Waiting for holidays to be over. Extremely unprofessional!!! More
Five stars. Every interaction was seamless. This was my fourth lease with the dealership and I have no plans to go elsewhere ever again.
