The service department always treats me well. I moved here from Maine and they treat me like I bought my truck there. My only feedback is that it feels like it takes a long time to get an oil change don here from Maine and they treat me like I bought my truck there. We had no issue with the service depot. We did have an issue with the extra maintenance we took when we took out the lease. The service dept. had the extra plan but we purchased the premier plan. Went in for a check engine light. I made an appointment for 7 am. Dropped the transit connect off and informed them that the light has come on twice in the last month,and it seems to come on in cold weath for 7 am. They tell me that it is finished. I go to pick it up, and they tell me it's an old code. They cleared the code. Three days later the same light comes on. I do not feel that the problem was properly taken care of. More

I left my car there Friday night for a Saturday morning appointment at 8. By 1, I figured they weren't going to call me. So I called them. He needed "clarification" on the discrepancy, i.e., they hadn't done anything with the vehicle yet. All of a sudden I got alerts from the app because he finally put the vehicle into the system. Two hours later, he hadn't called back as promised, so I called him. Though he had the part on hand, he's not sure if the tech will get it replaced by closing. So, it might be a Monday. I say OK, so a good job and if it has to be Monday, OK. He said great, call you Monday. Duh dum.... already decided... not until Monday. No call Monday. I call. I get pushed to a different tech supervisor. When did you drop it off, he asks. I say Saturday. My wife reminds me that we dropped it Friday. He snaps back, well, which is it. So, Saturday. "OK, we had to order the sensor (the one they had on hand Saturday!) today (they didn't even order it Saturday). We'll call you tomorrow." That was yesterday. Call the service department. Get the whole hang on thing. Two minutes later of annoying music, I hang up and call back. Let me talk to the manager. On hold again. Thoughts on other dealerships? More
